1. Order Cancellation

Customers may request order cancellation before the order has been processed, packed, or dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped or handed over to a logistics partner, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Incorrect product delivered
  • Product received in damaged condition
  • Product lost during transit
  • Duplicate payment made by the customer
  • Order cancelled and approved before dispatch

Refund requests are subject to verification and approval by Malsenium.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be provided in the following cases:

  • Customer changes their mind after delivery
  • Products damaged due to improper handling or storage after delivery
  • Minor packaging variations that do not affect product quality
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
  • Requests made after the specified reporting period

4. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Customers may be required to provide:

  • Order details
  • Photographs of the product
  • Photographs of the packaging
  • Proof of delivery

After verification, we may offer a replacement, credit note, or refund at our discretion.

5. Refund Processing

Once a refund request is approved, the refund will generally be processed within 7–10 business days.

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method wherever possible. Processing times may vary depending on banks, payment gateways, or financial institutions.

6. Return of Products

In certain cases, Malsenium may request the return of products before processing a refund or replacement.

Returned products should be unused and in their original packaging unless otherwise instructed.

7. Bulk Orders and Distributor Purchases

Refund and cancellation terms for distributor orders, wholesale purchases, and bulk commercial orders may differ based on mutually agreed business arrangements, purchase orders, or contracts.

Such transactions may be governed by separate commercial agreements.
